Position: Sales Specialist
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Penetrating current client accounts by leveraging internal relationships in an effort to get additional business and growing accounts.
- Identifying, contacting and developing viable prospects in order to create new business relationships and continuously break new accounts.
- Conducting reference checks and follow-up on all sales leads.
- Partnering with client to obtain qualified job requisitions and submitting qualified candidates that meet or exceed Client's needs.
- Plan and execute effective sales strategy to meet or exceed profit and growth targets.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing stellar service and rapid resolution of issues.
- Develop and deliver concise, compelling sales messages, proposals and sales presentations.
- Maintain a keen understanding of the latest technology, market conditions, competitive activities and industry trends. Gather marketplace information by networking with current clients. Use this knowledge to serve as knowledge broker to clients.
- College Degree (BA/BS).
- An insatiable desire to succeed and prospect
- A strong work ethic and impeccable character
- Strong networking, relationship-building, teamwork skills
- Superior communication, presentation and customer service skills
- Effective negotiation and closing techniques
- Bilingual in Korean
Salary and Benefit:
- Base Salary $36k + Incentives
